We have three HVAC companies across Florida. We have leads. We have a Costco partnership. And we have a complete, documented, 151-page selling system built on Sandler - twenty steps, eight stages, every word track written down.
What we do not have is a sales team.
That is the job. Not inheriting one. Not fixing one. Building one.
WHO WE ARE
Right Away Home Services is a family of three trusted HVAC companies serving Florida homeowners: Hales AC (Tampa Bay / St. Petersburg), Climate Control Services (Palm Beach County / Boynton Beach), and Abraham AC (Broward County / Fort Lauderdale).
We are not the biggest HVAC company in Florida. We are committed to being the best. Manual J on every home, six written guarantees, and no pricing games.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Recruit Home Comfort Advisors across all three markets. You own the funnel - sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring. You will build a bench, not fill a seat.
Train our system. We have already written it. Your job is to make advisors own it, not just know it. Classroom, role-play, ride-alongs, recorded call reviews, certification on every stage.
Coach relentlessly, forever. Training is not an event here. Weekly role-plays, lost-call debriefs, ride-alongs, and holding the standard when it would be easier not to.
Train our service technicians. Our techs are in homes every day. You will teach them our process, raise their sales performance, and turn service calls into qualified opportunities.
Recruit and train our contact center. Customer care reps set the appointments this business runs on. You will help hire them and train them to book quality, not just volume.
THE HOURS - BE HONEST WITH YOURSELF ABOUT THIS
Our advisors run appointments when families are home: weekday evenings between 4 and 8 p.m., plus Saturday daytime. Your phone will ring during those hours. An advisor will be stuck in a driveway and need you before they walk back to that door. If you are not the kind of person who wants that call, do not apply.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You are religious about process. You run it completely, and you do not let people skip steps because a shortcut felt clever.
You are relentless about results. Activity is not achievement. You track the numbers and you act on them early.
You do not accept less than what was expected. Not from your team, not from yourself.
You work without supervision. You set the standard, the pace, and the agenda - and then answer for the results.
You are hungry. You want to build something, own the outcome, and grow with the company that let you build it.
You can teach. There is a real difference between selling well and making other people sell well. We need the second one.
HVAC experience is helpful but not required. We will teach you the trade. We cannot teach you standards.
WHAT WE ARE OFFERING
A complete system, already built. You start from a finished playbook, not a blank page.
Real authority. You will design the sales organization for three companies.
Direct access to ownership. Decisions happen in days, not quarters.
$95,000 - $125,000 base depending on experience, plus an annual bonus tied to company profitability and your contribution to it.

THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF
You want a set schedule and a manager who tells you this week's priority. You measure your week in hours worked rather than results produced. You believe great salespeople are born and cannot be trained. You are uncomfortable holding another adult accountable to a written standard. Evenings and Saturdays are non-negotiable for you.
We would rather you screen yourself out now than both of us find out in ninety days.
REQUIREMENTS
Valid Florida driver's license and acceptable driving record. Regular travel between our Tampa Bay, Palm Beach County, and Broward County locations. Offer contingent on background check and drug screening.
Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
