- Recruit, train, and inspire a team of call center representatives to excel in customer service and outbound sales performance.
- Lead call center operations with a focus on improving telephone sales techniques and developing high-performing outbound teams.
- Set and exceed ambitious sales and customer service goals, tracking performance through key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and execute training programs to enhance sales skills, customer engagement, and team motivation.
- Implement policies and procedures designed to maximize efficiency, productivity, and revenue generation.
