Hales AC is growing fast — and we’re on the hunt for motivated Install Helpers who are ready to learn, work hard, and grow with us. If you have at least 1 year of experience and your own tools, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Assist Lead Installers on residential HVAC system installs
- Learn to install Air Handlers, Condensers, Heat Pumps, Mini-Splits, and more
- Get cross-trained on Duct Cleaning equipment and procedures
- Perform basic HVAC system maintenance and tune-ups
- Help ensure jobs are completed safely, cleanly, and to code
What You Need:
- Minimum 1 year of HVAC field experience
- Your own basic hand tools
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a felony background check and pre-employment drug test
