The Role: Client Care Team Member
Location: Tampa, FL (near Tampa Airport)
Compensation: Starting at $18/hour, with top performers earning $30+/hour through commissions & spiffs.

Your Mission:
Convert inbound calls into booked appointments using our proven scripts—but with passion, energy, and a sales-driven mindset.
Make outbound sales calls to past customers and leads, promoting specials, memberships, and premium services.
Upsell and cross-sell—educate customers on the benefits of HVAC upgrades, maintenance plans, and air quality solutions.
Hit & exceed sales targets—the more you sell, the more you earn.
