Responsibilities:
- Expertly install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential homes.
- Strictly adhere to all safety procedures and regulations, ensuring a safe work environment.
- Engage with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with the work performed.
- Train and supervise junior technicians, sharing your expertise.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems as required to deliver exceptional service.
Lead Installer Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience.
- Skills: Mastery of HVAC systems installation, with strong technical abilities.
- Customer Focused: Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive client experience.
- Leadership: Ability to work independently while leading a team.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Credentials: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Install Helper Requirements:
- Mechanically Inclined: A strong interest in HVAC systems and basic mechanical skills.
- Tools: Possession of basic hand tools.
- Experience: Some prior experience in HVAC or related fields is a plus.

- Communication: Ability to understand and follow technical instructions.
